XCI Controls Warranties
LIMITED WARRANTY ON SmartZone and SmartZonePlus
XCI Zoning warrants all parts and pieces furnished as part of a SmartZone zoning system to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 5 (five) full years from the date of the installation startup. If the correct startup date cannot be established, the warranty start date will commence on the date of the date code stamped on the product. XCI Zoning reserves the right to reject any warranty item that is damaged or defective as a result of misuse, incorrect electrical connection by the installer, or any act of God such as, but not limited to, weather, flood, fire, lightning strike, etc.
