Training Policies
Registration: Registration will be done via this website by going to the Event Calendar. The information provided will be used to create your certificate of completion. Registration for each session is first come first serve. Register early to assure your session selection. Tuition fee covers cost of course and related materials. It does not include meals, housing, or transportation unless specifically noted. These costs are the responsibility of the student.
Class Hours: Courses begin promptly at scheduled time DAILY. Do not make travel departure arrangements before end of class. What to wear: Business Casual Cancellation: Cancellations received three weeks prior to class start date will be charged 50% of the class fee. For cancellations made ten working days prior to class start date, no refund will be issued and the full class fee will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the beginning of class. Credit will not be offered for no shows. Robert Madden Industries reserves the right to cancel classes. Lodging: Rooms and meals are available at motels and restaurants convenient to the Training Center.
